| 1. SCOPE OF TARIFF |

| For each unit of 1,000 sq. ft. (or part thereof) of the Skating Rink |
$ 2.84 per hour |

Royalty (MOP) |
| 2.2 The royalty rates payable under this tariff for a License Year or part thereof are as follows: |
|
| 2.1 All royalties are charged at the royalty rate in force at the beginning of the License Year, and are payable in advance of the License Year. |
|
| 2. ROYALTY RATES |
|
| Music performances conducted or relayed to restaurants, fast food shops, games rooms, etc. at the premises. |
|
| Music performances in connection with featured music performances like skating shows, skate dancing or skating competitions, etc.; |
|
| Live music performances; |
|
| 1.2 This tariff does not apply to: |
|
| 1.1 This tariff applies to performance of copyright music and lyrics within the Society’s Repertoire at roller skating rinks or ice skating rinks. |
